WHAT YOU GET

The HACCP workshop is based on the most current Codex (international) standards meeting requirements for Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards. In the course a unique comprehensive model is used in the decision-making process to identify potential hazards and actions taken to control them, mitigate them or reduce them to an acceptable level.

CONTENT OF THE WORKSHOP

  • Pre-requisite programs and preliminary tasks

  • Application of the 12 steps of Codex

  • Principles of hazards and their application

  • Development of a HACCP manual

  • Manage food safety deviations and program failures

  • Establish a validation component to an HACCP program

FOOD SAFETY EXPERT

The worhshop will be conducted by a Certified as HACCP Lead Trainer by the International HACCP Alliance and PCQI Lead Trainer by the FSPCA.
